i cannot access my media server, any way to fix this problem?
What have you tried so far?
e.g.
- Have you verified the server is actually running?
- Can you still access your server using its local IP address (e.g.
http://<PMS IP address>:32400/web
)? - Did you by chance change your account password and opt to sign-out all devices (which will include the server, requiring you to reclaim it)?
