When I click Your Media, I get “Add your media to Plex” and “Get Plex Media Server”
I launched the web interface from Plex Server on my AS-202T, But it acts like I am connected to Plex Player, which by the way is not installed on this PC.
Please advise
Do you get the same experience accessing Plex through http://app.plex.tv/desktop and http://[AS-202T IP address]:32400/web ? Have you been using this Plex Media Server with a different Plex Account in the past?

Yes I get the same experience both ways.
I haven’t used a different account in the past.

You could have a look at this support article.
Not sure how this translates to your server setup on the Asustor NAS – if all the critical files are in a separate “Plex” share like on Synology/QNAP, you might be able to easily find those files; otherwise you might need to SSH on your NAS to try this.

I have been away from home some time. Now I’m back. That article didn’t address the same problem.
I uninstalled Plex server from the NAS. This time I deleted all the files in the Plex directory.
Reinstalled Plex server. Now it works just fine

Well… let’s say you found the “taking a sledgehammer to crack a nut” approach.
Deleting the preferences.xml file in that folder might also have done the job.
