Plex Media Server on Asustor NAS no Library

Hi to all,

I had install the latest Plex Server version to my Asustor NAS. With my Plex account, which I need for login, I can’t create any Library.

The following things I had try:

  • Install latest version from plex.tv site
  • Remove any file from Plex on the filesystem
  • Delete my Plex free account

But still nothing change.

Everytime if I click on “Your Media” still this Message come up -> “Add your media to Plex” “Get Plex Media Server”

Why?

The Preferences.xml is empty or less then empty, only 1 line.
