Cannot add new HDHomeRun - Stuck at EPG fetch

I’m trying to setup Live TV & DVR for the first time. Media Server is on a Shield Android TV.
Tuner setup finds the HDHomeRun. Then I enter my zip code and click next. At that point I always receive the error:
There was a problem fetching channel mappings. Please try again later.

And I have been unable to resolve this error or advance past this step.

This began Sun Jun 27 and is still occurring Mon Jun 28.

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3830
Player Version#: 1.33.0.2444-a220eae4
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun FLEX 4k
Guide/Lineup name: Local Broadcast Listings
Using XMLTV?: No
Channel number/Name: ALL

That server version is 6 months old and also when they changed guide providers. Need to run a more current version.

Solved, thank you. For others having trouble with a Shield - I was not able to update Plex Media Server from the device itself in the apps list. It was diplaying it as if it was already the latest version. I got the update pushed without much problem via a web browser play.google.com, searching for plex media server. It allowed me to install it to my Shield as if it wasn’t already installed. And sure enough that did get me the update.
