Upgraded by accident tonight when my android box prompted me. Now, trying to access the Live TV & Guide settings in the plex server results in the titled error. Had xTeVe running months ago, brought it back up, cannot access. I can see it flash the HDHomerun settings for a second then it produces the error. Not happy. Last thing I needed after all day upgrading other stuff. Anyone have a fix?

I have the same issue after upgrading my shield on Friday 1/14/21. Now the plex won’t detect my hdhomerun extend from my network. I hope there is a fix?

I’ve had the same problem with my shield for two weeks now. I hoped the update would help fix it, but no luck. I don’t really want to have to wipe & re-install plex, but there aren’t many other troubleshooting options when running it on a shield…
Similar problem with Ubuntu. Go to settings, Live TV and it shows the HD Homerun briefly then goes to Unexpected Error.

I have a Hauppage WinTV dual pci tuner in the system as well and was trying to switch to that. I’ve tried several of the suggestions in the forum and have even removed and reinstalled Plex server on the Ubuntu system but as soon as I login and the server gets added to my Plex account the problem just comes back.
I have a Shield TV and another Ubuntu system running Plex server without any problems.
I’m attaching my logs in case anyone here can take a look…
