New install of PMS on a QNAP TS859 I can enter the browser gui and am signed in to Plex. But when I go to the settings tab and click on Claim Server, nothing happens. I have followed all the instruction in the faq here but still cannot claim PMS. Help!

Server Version is 1.9.6.4429 QNAP TS859 is on QTS4.2.6 Plex client applications (eg. on an Ipad) can detetc that a sevrre is present (labelled TS859) but with an exclamation mark and I cannot access any media on the server.

Just to be clear - when I click on ‘claim server’ in settings, I do not get any error messages. The text in the button rotates for a moment to indicate a process is taking place and then the words ‘claim server’ simply reappear on the button. I would really appreciate some help on this.

I noticed in some other posts on claiming PMS issues being caused by the NAS DNS settings. So I have set the DNS on my QNAP to my router IP, also tried setting it to 8.8.8.8. Neither worked, I am still unable to claim the server.
