Cannot claim server after password and email change. "Not Authorized"

I seem to be locked out of my server after changing my password and email because of the breach.

I reset my password and changed my email address, and then removed all devices listed under the “Authorized Devices” section. I then went to reclaim my server with the local web tool and was greeted with a message saying I wasn’t authorized to access the server. Now the whole Server section under Account Settings is completely gone!

Please help! How do I get my server back?

I have this same problem. Down for the count.

I either get unreachable error or user not authorized even though i’ve signed in with new credentials.

Alright, I tried to change my password again and now the server seems to be back when using the local tool.

But it’s still gone when using https://app.plex.tv, I get the error, “The server “[…]” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.”

How can I get my server to appear on https://app.plex.tv ?

Edit: And it’s back on app.plex.tv too now…
