This is a giant problem. A week ago i lost remote and local connectivity, cannot claim a completely new server and the plex software tells me the installation of the new version software went wrong and i need to install manually (which is what i did in the first place). I cannot watch a movie from my server on any tv or smart device. I completely deleted my account and created a new one with new email and credentials and new server name. Completely uninstalled all apps and the server on my PC, registry values included. Literally wiped Plex off the face of the earth on my PC. Reinstalled everything and have the EXACT same problems as before with the old account. I am not very computer savy when it comes to this stuff so please keep it simple. Nothing has changed in my setup…same router, cable modem, PC, etc. I did not tweak any settings in Plex it just went haywire on its own. I was travelling last week and went to access plex on my smartphone and it had lost my library which caused me to investigate and find this mess. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks y’all.
