Cannot connect to QNAP TS-470 Pro Plex after NAS update, cannot remove or update Plex

I updated my QNAP firmware and can no longer connect to the Plex server. When I click the Plex icon in QNAP control panel it takes me to
https://192.168.1.xxx:32400/web

and I get:
This site can’t be reached
192.168.1.xxx refused to connect.
Try:

  • Checking the connection
    ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

This also happens when trying without the s after the http.

Plex Android App, Plex.tv via website and Roku 3 Plex app on the same LAN cannot connect either.

Whenever I click stop or remove or update on Plex in control panel it doesn’t work and doesn’t show up in the log. I also downloaded the latest Plex to update it manually PlexMediaServer-1.15.4.994-107756f7e-x86_64.qpkg but after I try to install, same: nothing happens and nothing in the log. I tried restarting the NAS a couple of times and it doesn’t seem to help.

Any ideas?
