Plex Server not responding on QNap NAS (QTS 4.4.1)

Player Version#: Various devices (Windows browser, Android TV, Shield TV, Android tablet, all latest version of app store Plex app)

I’ve recently updated my QNap TS to the latest beta firmware (to use their QuMagic application) and since I can no longer see to get the Plex Server running on it. I’ve tried updating PMS to the latest version but still nothing. I also have PMS on another NAS, a Synology one and that’s fine.

Any ideas? ARe there any known issues with the latest QNap firmware or the QuMagic Core or Multimedia console that now manages media centrally on QTS?

I’ve recently dealt with another thread, where user also upgraded, and Plex didn’t work properly

Thanks dane, I’ll have a look through. Doesn’t look a five minute fix so I’ll probably end up having to do it at the weekend.

Thanks for that. I had already uninstalled and reinstalled so lost all the db, so I just used WinSCP to find and delete the plex db and after restarting it is now working.
