Latest software update not working

just downloaded the latest software update for my QNAP Nas but Plex does not startup.
1.21.3.4015-a4be9cb8b February 6, 2021.
Have restarted the Nas but still no luck.
anyone else having this issue?

Really could use a bit more. What NAS, firmware? etc…

I updraded to the latest firmware and Plex package with no issues on my TS 453Be

QNAP TS-877 with latest firmware 4.4.3.1439 AMD Ryzen 7 1700 8 cores 64 Gb memory.
never had an issue before, just with this last upgrade.
is there anywhere I can get a previous Plex update?
When I go to the webbrowser https://192.168.1.X:32400/web just a blank no responsive page

My Nvidia Shield and Amazon firesticks cannot connect to the server either

Working fine here, on QTS 4.5.2.1566 on a TS-253B

Try and re-download/re-apply PMS, and if it doesn’t help, we need PMS logs

This solved it.
Updated by Q-NAS and reinstalled Plex.
