I cannot connect my server to my account for the life of me. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling. I know I’m supposed to sign in to my server but there isn’t even an option for it under settings. I deleted my old account just so that my server wouldn’t be associated with another account. I’ve checked my firewall settings. I did the registry thing. What’s wrong???
Did you have a previous server on that computer that was used with old account? Even if you fixed registry your browser may still have site data cached so you might try using an incognito window to do initial claim

I tried signing in incognito and that didn’t work either. I’m not sure what to do. I think I might give up and unsubscribe. I’ve downloaded the server so many times now.
