After the update the download arrow has disappeared on my plex. I cannot download episodes for offline viewing. Have others experienced this problem?

Managed users are sub-accounts of the main account. They cannot purchase a Plex Pass, as there is no email address to buy it from. I know, the terminology of user types is confusing. Note: To know what account type you are, is to know if you have your own email address or not. A: If to log in …

Your image shows 0 episodes. That could be why you don’t see the option. You can’t download 0. Edit. There is a bug/ missing feature with the new app to download at the show level.

The ability to delete episodes seems to have gone away as well.
