Plex has implemented a fix. Try claiming and see if it works.
If you have used Plex on that computer before – and this here account is new – then you need to purge the old account you used back in the day from your system.

The status link tells me Plex is up, but nothing specific about my server that I can see.
I went back to the other link given above and it appeared the claim went through. It found my Houpaugge tuner in a PCIe slot, but when I went to set it up I got caught in a loop between the Plex DVR guide and XMLTV guide. Seems wrong that there is not Plex DVR guide for Portland, Oregon as this screen shows:
I did not follow OttoKerner’s purge suggestion since it seemed like my claim went through.
