Cannot get Plex app to run on Samsung UN55KS800DFZXA

I have 2 versions of Plex on the same TV, TiVo (HDMI1) and TV (HDMI2). Both have worked fine for months but Plex just stopped working on the TV but still works on TiVo. I have reset TV, reset Smart Hub and reinstalled Plex through Smart Hub several times. Plex on the TV will run 1 time but after exit will only display a black screen with a partial Plex heading and unreadable code(?) displayed behind the partial Plex heading. The exit screen can be displayed by pressing return several times.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

It’s a known issue, there’s a fix waiting for Samsung release.

Is there a release date? Soon, I hope.

I would imagine like most “app stores” Plex has no control over the actual release date nor any information on what that actual date may be…
