Cannot get verified email

Same issue here and also using a Yahoo email. Tried all day and no verification email.

Update to my situation with the unverified email. After taking the confirmationlink who takes me to the password reset page, i tried to set a new one and it was succesfully changed. After Login with the new Password my email is verified now. But i had to restart the Plex Server for getting access to my medialibarys again and for reconnecting to plex web.

Everything is fine for me now.

Been trying all day to reset my password and never get the email. Of course I hit forgot password it wiped my password and I can’t get in at all now. Had to create this account just to post as cannot logon my main one

DM me the real account name, the email addy attached to it, and if having PMS servers, the name of at least one of them

I just replied in another thread, but I also have a yahoo main Plex Pass account and no email resets have come through. Been trying for over 12 hours now.

I just reset my password and logged into the web but it can find my server. any suggestions?

Same here, sadly. Thought it was just me. Happy to see that it isn’t but not happy at the same time as that’s many users stressed out about it not working. Need to get some of that positive energy to be shown on everything so that the magic email gates will open up and send the confirmations out to everyone. Maybe the breach involved more than just data. o_O

I was able to fix this by going to this link:
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account

and then editing my password, you don’t have to wait for an email. YMMV…

I have been hammering the server with verified email requests but it isn’t sending a mail to me…

My problem is Plex is not sending the verification email (you need it for using 2FA)…

I have the same thing here. I just changed my email address and clicked on the link to receive a verification email. I did get an email but it does not contain a verification link, it is just a notification of the email address change. In my account settings it still says “not verified”

Problema about email

I’ve a problem with email verification. I’ cannot receive the email I’ve triple checked my spam filter but no email found. And I cannot change the email, I got “Unexpected error” anyone can help me? I would secure my account due the data breach.
