After taking a look at your account, I’d say that your server and your Rokus are using a different plex.tv account than your web browser.
Yes, web browser and server, even if they run on the same machine, can use different accounts.
You have 2 options:
- determine the plex account which the server is using, by looking into the Windows registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server\keyPlexOnlineMail
Then log out your web browser and log in to the same account the server is using. - log out the server and your Rokus from their currently used account. You will lose all shares you may have created for other plex users. If you don’t want that, use method 1)
