cannot re-add DVR Tuner - Nvidia Shield

Having a similar issue to this https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/284923/dvr-tuner-not-working-cannot-re-add-it

Had this working before however had to delete the DVR after doing a channel rescan on the STB and wanted to re-add it to PMS.

As the PMS runs on a Nvidia Shield the DB is hidden from the user and not accessible so not sure how to delete the lines in the DB.

Additionally not able to remotely bounce PMS or even the shield.

Any ideas on how to restore this functionality and its the main reason why i got the shield and plex pass.

Had to hard boot the Shield to get the tuners to work.

frustrating that there isnt a way to remote control the box.
