I’m running DVR on my Synology NAS with my Triaxx TSS400 MKII. Works great, but no hardware transcoding support as it’s a DS218play. So I decided to move my PMS to my Nvidia Shield. unfortunately there I can’t find the tuner. On my NAS I run PMS version 1.13.6.283. On the Shield I tested with version 1.13.9.x and now I’m on 1.14.0.5470. Does anyone has an idea why one PMS is finding the DVR tuner and the other not? Is there any way to see something in logs why it can’t find the tuner? Btw. the tuner is a SAT>IP server.
Just to make sure it’s not an issue with the Plex version I installed a PMS on my PC (Windows) and this is also able to find the Tuner. On my Windows PC the PMS version is 1.14.0.5470, which is the same version like on the Shield. So I’m even more lost…
I just found in the “Plex Tuner Service.log” some messages stating that it could not locate some files. I don’t know if this could be the issue why it doesn’t discover my SAT2IP Server. I uploded the logfile, even the one from my Synology which finds the tuners. I really hope that someone has an idea.

sorry for my late reply. I was quite busy the lasttwo weeks.
I think it is not the same issue like with the Haupauge tuner. I use a SAT>IP converter/server. Also I had the issue already before the Nvidia experience 7.2 update. I will upload the Full Logs as soon as I can.
