Cannot reach this Page

I am migrating Plex from my desktop to a Synology 918+ NAS. Last night I had everything running. Roku and mobile access was fine. Today I cannot login to plex from the server interface. I have mapped the NAS drive to my desktop to easily transfer all of my files. I have read most of the threads on this topic. I have moderate computer knowledge.

plex has been updated, windows 10, TL-SG1016d GB switch

how did you try to access the server?
via the hosted web app (https://app.plex.tv/desktop) or directly accessing your own server (https://[synology-nas-ip-address]:32400/web)?

Through the server app from a desktop. My background is anesthesia… pardon the poor jargon. I have the original server running from the hosted web app, the second server is unavailable from the plex app.

make sure you give them different names and try accessing the new one via the Synology NAS IP address as listed above.

They do have different names, tried the address . Plex opens from the NAS I have the original server running, the new one is " unreachable" . I have added all permissions to plex on the NAS.

I tried uninstalling and updating . I have deleted the new named server. Now I am unable to locate the server on the NAS.
