Cannot save updates to Channel Matching

My plex setup is running on a Synology NAS.

I have noticed that many channels were removed from the EPG line up (might have coincided with a plex update I did in Jan). I tried adding the missing channels back via the Channel Matching config page, however when I click on the save button nothing seems to be saved (any mappings I’ve applied are not taken and if I select to disable a channel by removing a check in the checkbox this is not saved either). The Channel Matching page is not hidden after clicking on the Save button, I have to either select the Cancel button or the X in the top right to close the page.

I removed all matchings and the save button worked. I then spent some time adding the channels back a few at a time. If anyone in the UK has a similar issue the following channels seem to cause the issue

  • Together TV
  • YAAAS!
  • BBC RB 1

There might be others as I got bored and gave up adding the radio channels and some obscure channels I never use.
