I just tried to share my Plex with a sister-in-law and when she accessed the link on her Samsung smart TV, a black screen came up with Plex on it, but with no media, links, or anything. She says that there is nowhere to click at all.
I have shared successfully in the past. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue might be?
