Cannot sync. Music file cannot be downloaded

Hello,
when I try to download a music file to my Android Plex app I get the following error message:
“Cannot sync. Synchronization is a premium feature that requires a Plx Pass subscription.”
But I have a subscription.
The following is displayed under my account.
Subscription Lifetime Plex Pass.
Why can’t I download music files?
