It worked just a few days ago, but today I tried to sync a media file on my Fire HD tablet, and got the message:
Unable to Sync
Sync is a premium feature and requires the associated server to be signed in with a Plex Pass enabled account
Well, the server from which I am syncing (my server) is signed in with a Plex Pass enabled account. I can see Plex Pass in both server settings and in the Plex Kindle Fire HD app. How do I fix it?
UPDATE: Never mind. I get the error message when I use the Downloads & Sync On Device menu option and try to re-sync media files that I synced a long time ago but which now appear missing. Which brings up a question: how do I remove these corrupted items? Don’t see any option to delete them and re-sync does not work.
