I have a similar problem as reported here Cannot use DVR - Czech Republic ZIP code not accepted
The Plex DVR does not allow even the post code selection for the Czech republic Cable TV
We don’t provide guide data for the Czech Republic, so there is no need for the post code to be entered. You’ll need to source your own XMLTV guide, and use the Have an XMLTV guide on your server? link instead.
