Can't access my TIDAL Playlists

Hi,

I am unable to access my playlists on TIDAL then I get the account is not linked. I go and re-link the account and nothing happens.

Check the linked accounts on my server and Tidal is enabled and appears in the menu.

Click on that and I get the message the account is not linked.

Any ideas? I am using Web Client 3.83.1, Server v 1.15.3.835 which updated yesterday and I had no issues with TIDAL then.

I am having issues with Tidal also. I got very sporatic working. I was on another version, so I upgraded to this version, now cannot access Plex server at all. Cannot get to it using lan IP address. So no access either local or via the web.

Mine is still not working properly. I’ve relinked with tidal as well. I get lots of empty folders. Not being able to play music.

I had a similar issue with Squeeze Server. It was selecting FLAC files, I only have the basic quality setting. There was an option for the lower quality setting and that fixed it. I can access Tidal app on phones or web with no issues. Until the last couple of days, Plex worked perfectly.

Which Plex clients are you using?
If it is the web app, have you tried the hosted version app.plex.tv ?

Yes. Problems with Plex web app. Android, Plexamp, AppleTV. All are having the same issues. Some files will play, but very few.

Could you please fetch log files, after trying to stream such a track?

After another unlink and relink, I can no longer even get to Tidal. It is in the list of servers, but I get an error when trying to browse it. plex.logs.zip (4.8 KB)

My Google pixel phone is saying tidal is off-line.

This is really weird. I tried adding a local music library and tidal is working on all apps now. Is there a way to increase the streaming bit rate on Android. It is only streaming at 96khz. On the plexamp it is 320k. I can’t find anywhere that controls the tidal stream quality. The iOS version on the iPad doesn’t show quality.

Hi Otto, all ok, BUT, I am not sure whether it is my broadband connection or TIDAL but I find a lot of tracks only get to around one third or halfway through and then they hang. I have to force the next track selection for the service to continue.
