Hello!
I am unable to access the plex media server settings page. Had this server for years, and I hit “refresh” on the remote access page and suddenly I can’t access it via anything except for my Nvidia shield. Pc, mobile, and other devices show no server access.
Big issue is I can’t access that remote access page in the settings ANYWHERE. For quite a while I had the issue where when I clicked “manage” in the plex jail I have in freenas, the page would not pop up. This wasn’t an issue because I could always access those server settings via the browser since the server is linked to my account. Now that I can’t access it via browser I have no way to troubleshoot my problem. I am thinking if I can manage to access the web ui at http://192.168.1.139:32400/web I could maybe troubleshoot this problem. I am on the same network as the Nvidia shield which can access the server no problem. When I click “manage” in freenas and it sends me to http://192.168.1.139:32400/web, I get a page saying the “connection was reset”.
Any help would be great, I have had this server for years and a full reinstall would lose tons of Metadata and watch history for dozens of people
