+Sony Android TV Can't access plex anymore

After the recent update to the PMS I can no longer access plex via my Sony Android TV. I keep getting the message that it’s unable to access the server. I have tired to clear cache and data, delete and re-install the app and restart the TV, but it still won’t work. This is via local network, not remote.

Initially I thought would be something to do with the settings not allowing me to play via local wireless, but I have tried with the iPhone and iPad and they work fine.

Is there any work around this? Thanks

Were you able to solve this problem? It sounds exactly like the problem I have. I have a Sony Android TV. I think it happened after the last TV firmware update, but maybe it was an app update.

Thanks yeah, I was able to access it after a new TV update came out.

Can you please check your TV software version? I’m having similar issues.
