<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled> Hi for some reason I am not able to access my server remotely . I am using a Mac Mini with Mac OS 15.2 (24C101). I have checked on my Virgin Media hub 5 and port forwarded to my server. Plus, I have even turned off my firewall temporarily on my Mac- still not working. It did work for a about 5 to 10 minutes then it said the server could not be accessed. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Have you tested the port forward from outside your home network (e.g. using a service like canyouseeme.org)?
The remote access status indicator „tuning out“ like this usually means it was never working but took extra long to perform the status check.

I managed to solve by talking to Virgin Media tech support. They put the server as a DMZ and this meant I by passed the firewall on the router. I do have a firewall on the server.
