is there anyway to get direct support. I am willing to pay for it. I have tried everything i read to allow remote access, but it continues to default to no access. I use my IMac with external drives as my server, I used Optimum as my internet provider. My IMac is connected via Ethernet and my router has a a forward set up to the correct port. I really don’t know what else i can do. Would really appreciate person to person support.

Have you already tried the remote access troubleshooting? More specifically: to what outputs (beyond the outcome that it’s not working)?

Have you been able to verify the port forward is working by testing it using a service like canyouseeme.org?
Even if it’s not working… do the public IP seen by canyouseeme.org and the WAN IP address of your router match?
