Can't add media after password reset

I did the pw reset last night and couldn’t get back on

so I uninstalled Plex server and reinstalled with the claim token option

it took my claim token fine but will not let me add media

My Media is still intact on the server

I did a complete uninstall and tried it again,no luck

using DSM 7.2.2 intel based x64

plex pass subscribed

all I get on my PMS main screen is “ Your home screen is empty”

when I click on your media on the left it says Get Plex Media Server

Looking at Plex.tv shows you have no servers.

When you used the Plex Claim Token method to install,
did it show your username when it was done? (Like this)

Yes, when I signed in showed my username, but all it tells me when I try to open Plex server it tells me that I have no media

when I try to add the media it tells me I need to install the server

It seems to accept my token and then

it sees my username, but that’s as far as I can get
