I’ve build a new computer today and I installed Plex on it (Windows 10). I also purchased the Plex Pass.
My Problem is: I can’t change the Port number anymore.. The “manually specify Port” Part is not there. Plex is just trying to connect to the server and nothing happens. The Port is configured correctly and I was always able to connect to my old server. How can I fix this?
Do I interpret this screenshot correct that Plex gets stuck and keeps showing that spinning “Connecting server…”?
Have you tried doing a restart of the server / reboot of the platform?
Please verify your log settings:
Under Settings > [Server Name] > General, Debug settings should be enabled but Verbose should be disabled.
Then re-open the remote access settings, wait a moment and download your server logs (Settings > [Server Name] > Manage > Troubleshooting > Download Logs) and upload the zip-file here.
