Can't Claim Server Synology DS418 Play

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using Plex for a couple years now, and recently I couldn’t find the server anymore. So I reinstalled Plex but couldn’t claim the server (I’ve tried the solutions suggested in other topics). Currently, I reuploaded the Library on a clean in[stall, however, this also does not work.

I’ve attached the logs. Logs.zip (1.0 MB)

Thanks for your reply. However, unfortunately, I get the message following message repeatedly:

******** ERROR ********
We failed to authenticate towards plex.tv
Please check username and password, as well as network access

I’ve tried changing my password.

Thanks! The solution was related to a VPN configuration in Synology!
