Again, thanks for your help. Well I’ve pretty run through all the Q&A on the Synology FAQ’s page you refer to and your post and everything (to the best of my knowledge) is as it should be and yet it won’t let me claim the server. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this more?

Which network settings would I check?

Check the time settings on the NAS.

Seems fine and normal
