Can't connect anymore to the media librairies from Plex Media Server

First off, thanks for the amazing work on the tech!

I’m reaching this forum because I started using Plex a few days ago ; everything was working perfectly and then it stopped. A few explainations to get to full view:

  • I am using what I think is latest version of Plex Media Server, on Windows 64 bit.
  • I’m trying to access the server from two phones and a mac.
  • After a first setup and a few tests I purchased two one-time payments, from each of the two phones, which are logged the same account than the server’s
  • I don’t know precisely when things went wrong, but now the phones aren’t able to see the librairies from the server.
  • I can see connexion is still made somehow, because when I change the active base web services (live tv, web shows, …) on PMS, I can see them appear or disappear from the mobile apps.
  • Details in “More” section from the menu show “OFFLINE” next to the server’s name

Few more infos:

  • PMS host machine is on 192.168.1.14 ; its IP address is now static but I suspect it did change a few times as the router was on dyncamic DHCP mode.
  • Mobile devices are on non static IP but I don’t see how that could be a problem
  • Windows firewall has two rules set up
  • I tried all the steps from the help resources (signing off / on from all the places, checking there’s no VPN, …) and it didn’t help
  • I also tried to set “Allow connexions” to “Same network” and other combinations
