Can't connect libraries on Mac

Server Version#: 4.159.0
Player Version#: n/a - I haven’t yet installed one

I’ve installed Plex Media server to my Mac with Tahoe 26.3 latest version.

I select my Downloads folder as one with movies. (Movies are in folders that are in Downloads folder). I’ve also referred to specific folder with movies where are .mkv files. So, I assume there’s no issue with folder path.

In Settings I gave full access already: System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access.

When I scan for movies in Plex Media Server - it does not find anything.

What else should I check?

Help is appreciated!

I’ve added some screenshots as well. Sry these are not in English.

Basically, I want to show what are the folder paths and what are permissions (full disk access).

You might want to take a look at these support articles which lay out how Plex expects your media to be organized.
You should only point your library to one (or more) library folder(s) – those will contain subfolders for individual movies or shows – a tv-show library expects files to be organized by season underneath that show folder.

Plex won’t add tv episodes to a movie-type library (nor the other way around).
