When I go to my Roku —> Plex app and log on it only shows the cloud server. So I change it to my main server (on computer) and I get this message “Connection tests are in progress. Please try again”. This has been going on for about 6 hours now. Is there anything I can do to fix this. Note I did add the add-on Plexkodiconnect and it seemed to be running a little high and today I received a message from google that I had to add captcha to access any web pages.
Please tell me you’ve at least attempted to restart the server.

Of course I did silly. ;)) I also did the Plex dance and went back on the few changes I made to my computer.
My server is working now but I did have to uninstall my anti-virus and new browser to try and figure out the problem. When I installed the anti-virus I also added allow Plex. I’m going to try and test it with my anti-virus again later. Your suggestion was much appreciated. I have come a long way since last year.

Well I’m glad it’s sorted for you! I have to ask because so many people just shout ‘why is plex not working’ with basically zero information attached.
