First, what is the problem? I think you can’t connect to it in the web browser?
If that’s correct:
- Sign out of the web app (Upper right corner under your avatar)
- Open a new browser incognito window
- Now open the syno directly http://ip.addr.of.syno:32400/manage
- This should present you with the login and way to regain control

PS: The installation on a Synology isn’t like a normal computer. “Nuking” doesn’t work how most think. It also isn’t necessary. The existing PMS installation can be “shifted to the side” and a fresh installation done without consequence for testing purposes if needed"
