Can't connect to Plex server over internet from New Samsung TV

Hello,
I try to connect to my Plex Server in a remote location over Internet, from my new Samsung TV. The apps can’t connect to the server. I’ve entered the code to link it to my account using browser on my PC.
on my PC, Plex apps told me I have to connect using unsecure connection.
Could it be the source of the connection issue when I try to connect using Plex apps on Samsung TV ?

The app defaults to a secured connection over the internet. There’s a setting to allow insecure connections. Change it to always.
