Can't connect to server with new Samsung TV

Brand new Samsung Q80T can’t connect to my server. App and server are the most up to date. New TV is linked and sees all my account settings, but the server itself says its offline or unreachable. I have 2 Rokus, an LG TV’s, a laptop and ipad all currently connecting to the server (one at a time) with no issues. The TV is remote from the server, but so are several other connections that work perfectly on the same network. I’ve also added the IP address of the new Samsung TV to an exception list to always allow connections. Removed the linked TV and relinked 3 times, same result. Any suggestions are appreciated!
