Can't connect TV to Plex

This TV is simply too old. The app on it was developed by a Plex user, who sadly cannot work on it anymore.

Plex app orca 2.012 no longer shows 4 digit pin

Server Version#: 1.25.1.5286 Player Version#: orca 2.012 Hi, I try to reinstall the app and now I can not get access to the app anymore. There are no more 4 digit number to access the server. Any help from somebody? Thanks [IMG_2463]
