Can't create new library

I’m trying to create new library, but “Next” button is greyed out. I never had any issues with Plex Server before and already have 3 libraries. Player works fine.

I tried in incognito mode, disabled the ad blocker, and turned off the VPN. I also disabled the antivirus, including all components such as the firewall and real-time detection.

I still can’t create a new library. The language drop-down menu doesn’t exist; I only see a small white square.

Whatever the issue I’m having, it’s not from my security apps or Windows; it must be related to Plex software.

Database corruption.

I solved it just now. Plex server had to be uninstalled and reinstalled. I can create new libraries now, existing database is OK, no corruption.

How did you uninstall and reinstall the Plex server? Not very technical so simple explanation please. Thank you!

I have the exact problem you described even though I made no changes to the system

That’s all I did. Uninstalled it. Restarted computer. Installed it again. Everything looks fine now.
