Can't delete movie from library, server crashes on interaction

Hi,

I have a problem with a movie that can’t be deleted and it makes the server crash.
It started with the server stopping often at night when sceduled tasks is running, when i look in the Plex Media Server.log files it’s 3 files filled with this:

When i start the server again all is fine untill i run “Scan library files”, then it get stuck at the same movie everytime updating metadata and after a while the server crashes.

If i try to interact with that movie in any way, deleting it from Plex, analysing, remove match, new match it always gets stuck again using 25% CPU and after a while it crashes.

This is what i have tried:

  • I have tried deleting the movie from plex with “Allow media deletion” checked in settings, then the file is deleted from my media folder, but not from plex. I get the error message “There was a problem deleting this item”

  • I have also tried deleting the movie from the media folder before scanning the library, the movie is marked with the trash can, but when i try to empty the trash it get stuck working and after a while the server crashes.

  • I have tried removing match, repair match, and new match but it get stuck and eventually the server crashes.

  • I have tried normal and manual restore of the database and restored from an old backup from before i started having these issues whitout luck.
