I have a lifetime pass and have a NAS server i cant find the download option
In the web app in browser to download something from your server to your desktop is in the contextual menu ( three dots) is called Save File Only the server admin can do this.
In the desktop app and mobile apps the “Downloads” feature is in the contextual menu called downloads or the circle icon with down arrow on it. to download from someone else’s server they must also allow you to download from them. https://support.plex.tv/articles/categories/features/mobile-sync/

There will be download option, if not then you can’t
Again you can only download things from your own server, and servers which the person that gave you access to it allowed you to.
