Can't find my new content (old files are OK)

Server Version#: 1.18.0.1913

PLEX finds all my old TV and FILM files, no problems at all. But the film and the two TVseries I downloaded and added will not show up in PLEX. Then updated to latest server version. No change.
These are mp4 files and I have named them just as all the old ones, never had any problem with finding content.

Windows 7 on my PC and all files on my Synology DS214PLAY, used it for many years.

Please, anyone can help? Cheers

Please post the exact and full folder/filename for the items that are not being identified.

Also, regardless of how well it worked in the past, if identifying new content isn’t work, you should make sure that you are following these folder/file naming structure rules exactly:

Please include the full folder path as well.

Also, this will not work:

Darkness - Those who Kill - S01E01 1080P x264 RB58.mp4

it should be, for example,

Darkness Those Who Kill - S01E01 - 1080p _264 _RB58.mp4

Please review the links I posted as well for proper file naming format.

Aha, I was still in my PLEX …

OK, now restart DSM and restart PLEX?
