Can't find my server after password reset

  1. Check Synology Package Center. Verify Plex is running.

  2. You typed the local IP address into the browser, correct?
    Clicking on the “Open” button in Package Center, using Synology QuickConnect, a domain name, app.plex.tv, etc will not work when claiming a Synology based server. Once claimed, you can use those methods to access the server.

  3. Are you on the same subnet as the Plex server?
