This is only happening with some episodes of one show. Instead of a play button, it says unavailable, and when I hit the unavailable button it shows the following error.
It doesn’t do this on Android or Windows, and if I go to the previous episode and play it, I can use the next button to get to this episode and then it plays fine

in the web app you get info for that episode does it show as unavailable there where is shows the path to media. is there more than one path?
There are two file paths, but neither one shows is unavailable. I’ve also emptied the trash manually, and have it set to empty the trash automatically after every scan so how do I take care of this
is it a duplicate path? The only thing I can think of that might help is to do the plex dance with the file
So I removed one of the file paths, I had two versions of the show in different qualities, and that’s fixed it, but why is iOS doing this? I have other shows and movies that I’ve got multiple copies in different qualities, and I haven’t encountered this issue before, and windows and Android weren’t having an issue with it either.
Is there something unusual going on causing these customer service delays? Or is this kind of going to be normal moving forward
You’re the first person I have personally seen it happen to so i can’t say at the moment. How different were the file names?
As far as your topics not being seen. I can’t make promises that we won’t make mistakes again but I do suggest pinging in topic rather than messaging links and we all get tons of messages about nothing daily so may inadvertently overlook one
The file name is were the same outside of the brackets, but they were on different hard drives.
I promise I’m not trying to be an asshole, but could you describe to me what sort of mistake leads to you saying “I’ll go look at it now” and then a week later acting like you don’t know what I’m talking about? And I told you otterKerner appears to have completely gone missing, so I need help on the one thread that I was trying to work with him on.

Yes. I apparently had an old 360p version laying around, I’ve removed it and it doesn’t really matter for this TV show, but is it going to do this with my other duplicates? But the only difference is in the file names were inside the brackets.
