I’ve no experience with custom server access URLs, certificates, etc. for Plex Media Server remote access.
Suggest you open a new thread in the QNAP section of the forum. This thread was originally for claiming a WD NAS and was marked as resolved almost two months ago. A new thread will get more (and appropriate) eyes on the problem. Include a set of debug level server log files.
