I have two Plex servers on my Synology NAS (214+ and 916+). One with public IP and one not. They located in different places.
I created a managed-user and share some library.
Everything was excellent for a long time until now…
Now I have very strange situation, I don’t see any of my servers (it has been searching all time) under my main account but if a login as the managed-user I see my libraries and everything works fine…
I cant find any settings to correct this situation even if I try to connect with the server using local IP address.
I upgraded all servers to the latest version but nothing changed.
I don’t use VPN or proxy server
Cant anybody help me please to find out?
