First thing I would try is the Analyze command (do this in Plex Web):
If that doesn’t do it, try the Plex Dance.
Side note: Although the server/player version numbers probably aren’t relevant in this case, “Latest” isn’t very helpful. For one thing, we don’t know if you’re using the Beta or Public update channel. Better to actually provide the versions, easily available in Settings.
